Are there washing instructions for the textiles?
The ordered items will be printed and shipped immediately after receipt of payment. Since the textiles come ‘fresh’ from the printer, a little care must be taken upon receipt.
For this reason, each order comes with care instructions so that you know exactly how to care for it.
How are your products shipped?
All items that you can buy in our shop are sent via the shipping service providers DHL, DPD or Deutsche Post.
Will the shipping costs also be reimbursed with my complaint?
If you complain about the entire order, you will also be reimbursed for the shipping costs. In the case of a partial complaint, we cannot refund the shipping costs, since part of the order was delivered and will be kept and the contract, or parts of it, has therefore been fulfilled.
